Terms and Conditions – NPO Free Website Campaign
The NPO Free Website Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Alliance Technologies (“Organizer”) to award one (1) U.S.-based nonprofit organization with a fully funded, custom-designed website. By submitting an application, all applicants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in disqualification.

Eligibility
- Open only to nonprofit organizations legally registered and operating within the United States.
- Only one application per nonprofit will be accepted.
- Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Alliance Tech and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Application Guidelines
- Applications must be submitted via the official campaign landing page by October 3, 2025.
- All required information must be completed truthfully and accurately. Incomplete or fraudulent applications may be rejected.
- By applying, the nonprofit agrees to participate in related campaign activities, including interviews, content submission, and case study development.

Selection Process
- One (1) awardee will be selected based on internal evaluation of eligibility, mission alignment, and organizational need.
- Selection will occur the week starting October 6, 2025, and the awardee will be notified via email by October 10, 2025.
- If the selected awardee declines or fails to meet requirements, another nonprofit may be chosen.
- The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

Award Details
- The winning nonprofit will receive:
- A fully funded, custom-designed website developed by Alliance Technologies.
- Consultation, design, development, and quality assurance services limited to the defined project scope.
- Award does not include: hosting fees, domain name costs, SEO campaigns, paid advertising, or third-party integration not explicitly agreed upon.
- The awardee must provide timely content, branding assets, and approvals as requested. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the award.
- Upon completion of the website, if the awarded organization declines to be featured as a case study for Alliance Technologies’ marketing and portfolio purposes, the awarded organization will be liable to pay a fee of $5,000 for the awarded website project.

Responsibilities of the Awardee
- Provide accurate and timely content, including text, images, and organizational details required for the website.
- Assign a dedicated project representative to coordinate with Alliance Tech throughout the website development and case study phases.
- Approve project deliverables within agreed timelines to avoid delays.
- Agree to participate in a case study documenting the awarded website. The case study will begin 1–2 weeks after the website goes live, and the awarded team must remain available for coordination during this stage.
- Actively provide input, feedback, and organizational insights necessary for case study development.
- If the awarded organization refuses, delays, or is unable to promptly respond and participate in the case study process, they will be required to pay $5,000 to cover the cost of the project.
- Consent to the use of their name, logo, website, testimonials, and case study materials for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes by Alliance Tech.
- Ensure that all intellectual property provided (logos, images, text) belongs to the organization or is licensed for use.
- Commit to meeting reasonable deadlines set by Alliance Tech for both the website and case study phases.
- Designate a spokesperson or representative who may be featured in interviews, quotes, or promotional content for the case study.

Limitations and Exclusions
- Only one nonprofit organization will be awarded.
- The award cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted.
- Alliance Tech reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, lost submissions, or delays in communication.

Intellectual Property and Publicity
- Alliance Technologies retains ownership of the website framework, design templates, and proprietary tools used in the project.
- The nonprofit retains ownership of their content, logo, and brand assets provided for the project.
- By applying, applicants grant Alliance Tech permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials in promotional content, case studies, and digital marketing campaigns.

Liability Disclaimer
- Alliance Technologies shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from participation in the Campaign or use of the awarded website.
- Awardee assumes responsibility for ongoing website maintenance and updates beyond the scope of the initial project.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
