As an expert in the field, he has demonstrated expertise in connecting resources to companies and delivering transformative solutions to address their business needs.
To date, Cesar has delivered over 400 impactful projects encompassing digital transformation, content migration, document management, governance, compliance, software development, and website development.
As a seasoned business leader, he has played a pivotal role in guiding companies from start-up to multi-million dollar enterprises, while staying true to his values on profitability, diversity, engagement, and ethics. He is an active adviser in the Non-Profit Accelerator of Washington State.

His work in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing has provided him with a strong foundation in operations and translating technical concepts into practical solutions.
This well-rounded background, coupled with his deep understanding of IT, is essential in our mission of addressing the challenges of non-profit organizations.
Over the last 20 years, Kevin has earned and maintained his CISSP certification, a globally recognized Information Security credential that underscores his dedication to the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.
