Sales Specialist

Drive business growth and expand our client base through strategies that attract the people that need our services most. 

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth to continue our operations to help nonprofits and small businesses.
 

Responsibilities 

  • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers. 
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or cold emailing. 
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs to drive sales. 
  • Presenting product or services information to customers once you have identified their needs. 
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a sales executive, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls. 
  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
     

Requirements  

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (Preferred). 
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an SDR or BDR. 
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamworking, and customer service skills. 
  • Good time management and analytical skills. 
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills. 
  • Ability to work in US time zone hours. 
  • Able to complete and pass a required 90-day probation period.
