Responsibilities  

  • Crafting comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our business objectives, identifying target markets, competitive positioning, and key messages. 
  • Promoting our brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics. 
  • Utilizing analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 
  • Developing lead generation campaigns to support the marketing team. 
  • Implementing and leveraging marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation) to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Establishing KPIs and metrics to monitor marketing performance and provide reports to senior management.
     

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Preferred). 
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a consulting firm or a related industry. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear marketing content. 
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and effective marketing strategies. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content quality. 
  • Proven time management skills to meet project deadlines. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of marketing materials (digital content and social media). 
  • Able to complete and pass a required 90-day probation period.
